Our property managers are R.C.M.s or they are in the process of obtaining their designation.

We are leaders who are effective communicators and have:

• Extensive experience in financial reporting and budgeting in-depth knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in Ontario
• Years of experience managing large scale projects (i.e. asphalt replacement, roof replacement, boiler replacements, balcony renovations, projects from government compliance notices etc.)
• Specialized knowledge in managing residential, commercial, and industrial condominiums and tenancy management
• Compiled budgets for condominiums experiencing financial difficulty or noncompliant with their reserve fund study
• Contractor management experience
